Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the LuxStyle AI mobile application and the luxstyleai.com website (together, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not use the Service.

1. Your Account

You must create an account (or sign in with Apple/Google) to use LuxStyle AI. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You can delete your account at any time from within the app (Profile → Settings → Delete Account).

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

2.1 Virtual Credits

• Credits are virtual units. They have no cash value and are not legal tender.
• Credits are non-transferable and may be used only within the Service.
• We may adjust credit pricing, packages, and usage rules, subject to applicable law.
• If a generation fails due to a server-side error, the credits spent on it are automatically refunded to your balance.
• We may remove or expire credits if we reasonably believe they were obtained through error, fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

2.2 Subscriptions

• Subscriptions provide a specific number of credits for the billing period shown at purchase (weekly, monthly, or yearly). Subscriptions do not provide unlimited generation.
• Higher tiers may also include benefits such as priority processing and higher-resolution output. The full scope of each plan is shown on the purchase screen.
• Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and renew automatically at the end of each period. Unless you cancel before the renewal date, you will be charged for the next period.
• Cancellation must be done through your marketplace account settings.
• If pricing changes, you will be notified in advance and given an opportunity to cancel, as required by applicable law and marketplace rules.

2.3 Refunds

Due to the nature of digital goods (credits and subscription packages), payments are non-refundable except where required by law or by marketplace policy. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, you must request it through the marketplace where you made the purchase (Apple App Store or Google Play).

3. Acceptable Use

You are responsible for any images you upload (the "Content"). You may not use LuxStyle AI to:

• Generate or distribute content that is unlawful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or that constitutes hate speech.
• Upload content that infringes the copyright, trademark, patent, intellectual property, or personality rights of any third party.
• Attempt to create inappropriate imagery of people without their consent or of anyone under 18. Deepfakes and non-consensual imagery are strictly prohibited and result in immediate account termination.
• Disrupt or damage the operation of the Service (viruses, bots, scraping, etc.).
• Manipulate credits, subscriptions, purchases, or billing systems, or attempt to obtain unauthorized benefits.

4. Intellectual Property (AI Outputs)

The AI outputs you create through the app (the "Generated Images") belong to you. You may use them freely for commercial or personal purposes. However, you represent and warrant that the source image you upload does not infringe any copyright or personality rights.

By uploading Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, and display it for the sole purpose of providing the Service. This license ends when your Content is deleted from our systems.

5. Nature of AI Outputs

The Service is provided "as is." Given the nature of AI services, we cannot guarantee that generated results will be accurate, consistent, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose. Outputs may vary and may contain undesired results. Service interruptions may occur during maintenance or API updates.

6. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bumin Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes

Bumin Studios reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice as required by applicable law (for example, by in-app notification or by posting the updated Terms on this page). The Effective Date above indicates when these Terms take effect.
